About Kamal

Kamal Ellis-Hyman is a husband, father and a motivational professional speaker. He is the founder of a company called “Aim a Little Higher”. At school he was a coaster, doing just enough to get by until he had a serious conversation with his parents who challenged him to raise his standards which resulted in him achieving 7 A’s and 2 A*s. He later became a Youth MP for Peterborough, which lead him to then become an Olympic Torchbearer. He has also been named by Peter Jones (Dragons Den) as the National Entrepreneur of the Year. He is on a mission to help raise aspirations, regardless of circumstances and to figure out how people like you, can reach amazing levels of performance!
